Does anyone have pics or a diagram of a PVC overflow (non-drilled) for tanks? I need something that'll work on my 100 gal (so can handle 400-500 gph). I'm particularly looking for designs that minimize the chance of air bubbles collecting and breaking the siphon. There's a thread in the DIY section but I think all the old pics didn't make it through to Simply's new format. Thanks for any help!

Drilled or nondrilled overflows?

Near the end there are some drawings of some non drilled overflows.

Hey Ron, thanks for the links. The first link is sort of what I have in mind, but the "i have had it stop for no reason" part isn't very reassuring, since I do need a continuous overflow, lol. The reefcentral links are interesting, but one is too complicated (I don't even know where the input or output is...can anyone enlighten me?) and the other seems to be missing a diagram...

So... still hoping for a simple and workable design. Anyone?

Hi Sam,
Give me a call and drop over.
May as well check out the new shipment that I received.

Hi Mario, THANKS FOR THE FREE OVERFLOW BOX. That was very generous of you, as usual.

Still open to ideas for a PVC overflow for future reference and for others reading this thread.

Thanks!
