Mixing discus with lace gouramis and apistos

ive been told a lot of things concerning this matter.. is it okay to mix say four discus with a pair of lace gouramis and two pairs of apistos bitaeniatas?

I dont know about the apistos, but the gouramis I would think no. I dont know if they'd take the higher temps of a discus tank, but maybe someone who knows a little better will come along and help.

Yes, you can. The Lace Gouramis, also known as Pearl Gouramis, do fine at temps in the 80's.
