I saw a discus in a LFS but it had a rediish body with blue/green striations on it. Sought of the opposite of the above. What is it?

I'm thinking of a red turk or some variant of it.

Well i figured when he said it was the opposite of the pic shown ...which IS red turks .......... it must be a blue turk :confused:

Ha, this is were the non standard way of naming variants comes into play if you ask me in the pic I see a Blue turk and 3 red turks. But sometimes I've seen what I call red turks with a deep red base and thin striations of blue on them(maybe from SS?). But you might be right as well:D Kind of hard to try and figured this out with such a description, don't you think!

Good eyes! These are indeed 1 blue turk and 3 red turks shown in my picture.
Bob, I'd guess it's either turk (sometime their color change under diff light), or maybe Scribbelt?
