I've been getting this msg. sometimes when I do user profile:

Hi everyone,

If you get this error message at the top of your page while looking at someone's profile, it's because they didn't fill out a birthday in their profile and when we moved the server it put in zeros for the date. This causes the board to give an error since a date can't be 0. So if you see someone with a profile like that, maybe send them a private message and give them a little hint to fill out their birthday in their profile :) Even if it's a fake one.

There's probably a script we can run to reset it for those people, but for now I just wanted to let you know that it's not too big of an issue. Just an incomplete birthday in the profiles.
