It's been a few years. Last time I visited his place you had to use a flashlight to view his fish. Take a good guess how much longer the adjustment period is once you bring it home with lights.
I thought his prices didn't match the quality.
If he is using same importer he was 2 years ago I believe you can do better. I don't know who he is using now.

It's a real shame as I bought fish from him 15 years or so ago.
Back then he was breeding his own. Doing a fantasic job of it raising quality fish for good prices. We'd talk for a long time. He raised some very impressive fish. Can't say enough about how well he did back then. His operation is nice there. Has a huge pond out back also.

He is a good guy who I enjoy talking to.

My experience close to 10 years ago now was very negative, so I don't even know if it's the same person, same importer or not or if any of the problems have been addressed. I will not openly post details of the experience.
