What to do??

Ok,
I have this 40g tank that I used to med a discus for worms.
My question is: Do I have to completely empty this tank and start over? Or can I do a 90% water change to keep my bio going and start adding more juvies?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the bio is not in the water, it is found in the filters. Empty the water, give it a good scrub down and fill up. You'll be good to go. Fill up with de-chlorinated water as to not kill the bio. peace
