Keep the bins handy. You might end up repeating this exercise as different fish ascend to the top of pecking order and start harassing the others. It took me more than 2 months of constant fish commuting, i.e. moving between my main tank and the hospital tank, before my 4 fish finally arrived at some form of detente.
It's been many months now. Aside from a few skirmishes, I no longer see constant harassment of any single fish. Hurray!

do you think that this can work to my pair. The male harasses the female and they haven' been a pair for six months. the female is also quiet aggressive as well. do you think i should put them both in the separate naughty bins

It's not because you placed it in a naughty bin, it's because you changed it's surroundings. In the old surroundings, it already established it's territory. When you changed everything and then reintroduced all the fish, they would have been new to their surroundings. Sooner or later, the aggression may start again. You should have waited a few days or weeks before introducing the aggressive one. That way, the other discus could have established their territories already.
