Hello,
This is my first post here on Simply Discus and first I would like to thank you all for the wealth of information here.
I have been reader of this forums for a while now though I have never posted..
The tanks in this forum have been of great inspiration...
and the fish some of you guys have are outstanding..
I would like to share my First discus planted tank.
I have been keeping discus for over 2 years now and not to say I have learnt the hard way here in india it is very hard to find good sources for fish and equipment and local help is sparse if at all..
I am sorry for the bad quality of pics but I only have a camera phone right now..and no digi cam :-(

Thanks guys for those encouraging words..
Glad to hear them from experts as you all..

"how do you get your supplies? and those beautiful discus?"
Most of the equipment is not an issue, we have Ehiem and other decent dealers, and the fish some LFS and breeders get them from Singapore and Thailand. But the cost a lot, like everywhere else but here to gte good quality we have to import them.
The biggest problem is the cost of plants and equipment here
(Compared to Ottawa, Canada where I spend 5 years...)

Anyway, but the love for these beautiful creatures knows no barriers...

:-)

Really glad to share this with you guys, and hope to learn a lot more form there...

Cheers..,
