Ive lubed the O-rings with the silicone, filled the thing to the tip top to eliminate air pockets. Still, every now and then this Magnum HOT will send out a BLAST of micro fine bubbles that take forever to go away. I want to add the Biowheel to it but have been told its discontinued and the only way to get one now is buy ANOTHER Hot Pro set to get the bio wheel. Other then the bubbles, this is a quiet and nice filter.
