I bought a lot of stuff from him, but each time the shipment is sent to the wrong address and he has to resend the package. I don't mind it happen once or twice but more than that it drive me nuts. I think his automated system cause this to happen.

I would rather buy from sources that I trust such as drsfostersmith. Because each time there is a problem they would replace it for free without any hassle.

Anyways, the fine pads are great but can I buy in a big sheet?
