Safe™ is the complete and concentrated conditioner for both fresh and salt water. Safe™ removes chlorine, chloramine and ammonia. Safe™ converts ammonia into a safe, non-toxic form that is readily removed by the tank’s biofilter. Safe™ may be used during tank cycling to alleviate ammonia/nitrite toxicity. Safe™ detoxifies nitrite and nitrate, allowing the biofilter to more efficiently remove them. Safe™ is non-acidic and will not impact pH. Safe™ will not overactivate skimmers. Use at start-up and whenever adding or replacing water.

Any comments regarding the above products or Seachem Prime is a better option?

Hi Graham,

I am doing two water changes daily for my four 75 gallons tanks and using up a lot of Seachem Prime and cheaper to buy Seachem Prime 4 liters bottles in the States but shipping is more expensive....hence trying to use power form instead
to keep up with the water changes..I usually ship my orders to Point Roberts
which is a walking distance from my house. Some online stores have free shipping within the States.

If all you trying to do is de-chlorinate water just use cheap sodium thiosulfate

Thanks Graham/April & Lex for the info.

I will use CLORAM-X: to replace Seachem Prime.
