Is this enough filtration?

I have a 90 gallon tank with a penguin 300 biowheel and 2 rena filstar xP3(s). is this enough filtration for my tank? how many WCs do i have to do a week and at how much? i was thinking maybe 2-3 times at 20%-40%, is this okay?

i have 5 adult discus and 8 neon tetras in the tank

That is enough filtration, but water changes are based on how much you feed your fish as well as bioload. If your fish aren't being overfed then 40% twice a week should be sufficient.
