Timing of Lights

I just bought all new lighting for my new tank. I want to set it up for proper plant growth. I have 10k daylight, actinic blue and moonlights. What kind of timing should I set up for my timers?

i have 4x65.. the front rows are the blue, the back are the daylight.. i stagger then.. the front row comes on at like 8:30am the the second row comes on at 9:30... and in the evening.. the front goes off first, the an hour later the back.. i have no moonlight, but i think it would be a nice feature.. the shrimp are active at night!

Sorry to say, but actinic and moonlights aren't the best for proper plant growth.
