How do I post an avatar

Hi... I give up.. I have the pick resized but can't figure how to edit my profile to include an avatar..:confused::confused::confused: Help Please.. Thanks Sue:D

Hi Sue,
In the Information Bar along the top of your page ( above the banners) is "user CP"...Click it and it brings you to your control panel.. Along the LH is a panel of settings...the one you want is under settings and options...select edit avatar...

and just follow its lead there...
