question on size of Quarantine Tank

i want to quarantine six 3" discus for 5 weeks. How small a quarantine tank can i use if i am willing to change 50% of the water every day? if i use a 30 gal tank, is that too small?

It's tight, might want to up it to a 40 or 55. The short 5 weeks in QT could hinder their growth in a 30.

i've done it before turned out all right but its not the best situation i would prefer a little bigger like basshead suggested if you do it you may have to up the water changes keep an eye on the water quality because it can go bad fast
