Anybody Using Hydor ETH Inline Heater with Eheim Hose

I'll be switching over from an XP3 to another Eheim canister Pro II 2028 which takes Eheim 16/22mm hose. I have a Hydor ETH inline heater on my XP3 hose, which is 5/8 hose. I believe the Eheim hose is equivalent to 5/8 in size but just want to make sure. Will my Hydor inline heater fit properly on Eheim's 16/22mm hose? Will I have to do anything special to make it fit? Thanks!

Hi Connie.

It should work with the Ehiem tube and you could also add a clamp to tighten it.
