sick discus T___T

I've noticed my discuses are all swimming towards the top of the tank.. as if there isn't enough air in the tank..
I've just finished feeding for like around 1hr ago... would they be over fed?

Their gills also seem to look strange too..
as if the skin is deteriorating.. :(
The gills also seem to be abit weird.. different from usually.
they've got little flares on them.. I don't think i've seen this before on them..

i've checked the water parameters yesterday. Everything was good.
