I'm just curious what the normal timeframe is for mod approval on posts? I tried to post a reply in a thread with a link before I had 5 posts (didn't know about the rule then).

They are manually approved. I was away from the computer for most of the week but all posts have now been approved.

How long do we have to wait for a post, by the time I post a problem and wait my fish will be dead lol, how many posts does this take, and why do you do that, I've been to tons of forums and have never seen such, I'm guessing you've had porn spammers or somthing here, I've seen that alot.

Members with less than five posts cannot post links without having their posts manually approved.

ah, I tried to post a video of my tank, and it never did go through.

one of the uk discus sites does not do this and it is plagued with porn
