Hi All
I got my tank set up and moved on to setting up the filtration.
I have an Eheim 2180 Pro III.
At first I couldn't get it to prime, so I took of the inlet arms, and used gravity and a little sucking, and got the filter to work.
I noticed that the filter worked fine like that.
I re-attached the assembled arm, and the filter lost its prime.
If I completely submerge the arm, the filter runs fine.
So I know that it was sucking in air from there.
Has anyone else had a similar problem? If so, what did you do to fix it.
I tried taking both inlets apart, and re-assembling them. But still had the same issue.
Picture Added:
The problem is where the black L shaped connector attaches to the in tank tube.
