Things have been going very well with the fish. Water parameters have remained consistent with pH about 7.5 and NO3 about 4 or 5 ppm. Feeding has been going well except I have one that has started getting picky and not being too psyched about flakes. Anyway, on to the picks.

try mixing up the flakes w/ different brands. i find that my fish become bored with the same flakes so i have to switch up from time to time. it's a good thing angleplus offers so many good flakes. i'm currently waiting on some of Bill's (inland empire) flakes that contain red enhancers, beefheart, and many other good ingredients.

Hey Rick, (it is Rick isn't it?)
I have 4 different types of flakes I'm using and its picky about all of them. Doesn't have any problem with BH or bloodworms. I may have to check out the flake you mentioned. sounds pretty good.

Hi Kirk

Hey, lots of spots and color on those guys. They are looking great.
Good action shots on a couple of them too. Still a long way to go,
looks like they are going to be some winners in that group.
Take care, nice job ya doing. :):)

Thanks Bill,
There are a couple good looking ones. If I remember correctly, yours are ALL doing great. Yeah, let's see, only about 36 more weeks. LOL

Looking good my friend. Love the color on them. B 1 or B complex vitamin's in your b/h mix will help with appetite. Angles plus has a vitamin flake which all my discus love.

Hey Kirk! Looking great man! I have a picky one too but he seems to picky about everything. I have to wait a few minutes to see that he's eating at all. The interesting thing is he's not the smallest one.

Thanks guys. I'm sure I'll get him to come around (hopefully). At least he'll chow on BW and beefheart.

Take care,

HI Kirk! Try Prime Reef if you have not done so already. Mine that would not eat flake at all took to this right away and love it.

Fish look great!
