Hi all, This morning I was surprised to find eggs scattered on my intake tube. Since putting in the plants and wood it seems that they have become more romantic.:) When I went to feed them this morning I found about 8 eggs on the tube that were left. By the time I got a picture, only 6 remained. Now looking at it, only 1 remains. I do not know how many were laid, but the parents did not seem to interested in them. Hopefully they will become better parents eventually. All the other fish are doing just fine. There has been a lot of shaking and dancing going on in the tank the last several days and it seems they have all split up in 2's. Here's a picture I got before they were eaten. Sorry about the quality of it. I could not get any closer than this. Also heres the one that I know is involved and its one of the other 2 That has been around the area. I think the one in the 3rd picture is the other one.

Jim,
that fish in the second picture is beautiful! Very nice. Now the question is how to stop them from breeding for the next few months. They most love their new home. Great work my friend.

To me this is a bonus. I am glad theses fish have been healthy. As I am writing this they are cleaning off an area on the manzanita branch. I finally got a picture of both of them at the same time.

They look amazing! Excellent job! I guess that you're going to have to set up some more tanks for their kids.
