I have found a pretty good price for a used Eheim 2236. The tank Im starting up is a 35 Gal. Hex

Being as Discus don't like a big volume of water flow, My question is , Can this filter be adjusted to reduce the amount of water being pumped?!

I can't find any specs, the dude selling it says that they are flow rate adjustable, but I want to be certain. Anybody ?

Thanks, Dave

One of the typical adaptations in a discus tank is to use a spray bar as the return. Basically, a horizontal PVC pipe with a bunch of holes in it. Creates little or no current. And the Eheims are adjustable. Something you could have easily found out with a quick Bing/Google.
