You think your safe - you order through a yahoo store.

You get an invoice with 1 tracking number for apparently ALL
your items, including 2 nice, expensive 30 inch lamps.

You arrive home to find a box, only it's missing half the items,
including the lights. Box says 1 of 1. Invoice in box says all
items shipped. Contact them, light shipped seperate, should
arrive tomorrow. Week later, no lights. No answers to email.

Oh! And those backgrounds you ordered aren't available in the
size you ordered and was on the invoice, but thats YOUR FAULT.

I should have checked BBB first - these folks are habitual about
this kind of customer care.

Avoid SeaCorals.Net yahoo store and I see alot of activity on ebay
by these folks. They are out of North Carolina.

I have also had a bad experience with them. Ordered a few colormax bulbs several months back, everything seemed fine. After 2 weeks, I never received any shipping confirmation. I sent an email to customer service and they responded that the bulbs had been out of stock and they were expecting a shipment. This would have been a good thing to mention to me, as I was expecting them. Canceled my order and will definitely not be doing business with them again. ;)
