Just got back to Discus and had a terrific experience with Mike at Blackwater. Quite honestly, I cannot tell a show grade fish from an average Joe. However, all of his discus were unbelievably healthy, fat, colorful and his tanks are immaculate. The thought behind his plumbing, filtration, etc is terrific. Also, he's carrying lots of top notch dry goods.
Again, I'm far from a discus expert but I after 40 years of keeping fresh and saltwater wildlife, I know a great vendor when I see one.
