Information like which heater and filter should i use and how much discus, i can fit in my tank, etc. And also like to know tank mates of discus to keep my tank clean and disease free.

It looks like you have a 110gal, tank a good way to compute your tank size is by multiplying Lenght X Wide X High and dividing by 231 that will give you a value in gallons round down since you problably measure from outside.
Allow 10 gallons per adult discus , so you can have up to ten in theory.
but you want to add other tank mates, so have at least 6 to 7 preferible 7
(underdog theory).
Good tank mates are Cardinal tetras, Neon tetras, Rummy nose tetra,(school)
best plecos are the bushynose type although I didn't have problems with gold
nuggets. some people claim they might suck on discus sides.
You can include some ottocinclus for algae control.
good heaters are a little expensive I recomend titanium or stainsteal aquazoo.
some stealh heater kill one my pairs once as it cooked them.
don't let your temperature below of 82F .optimal 84F
Soft Water is preferable but more important is stable conditions.
I raise my juveniles in 7.5 ph straigh tap, declorinated water until they get to
adult size.
filters any sponge will do, although for you tank a good wet dry will be great.
I hope this will help, you can ask me specific questions anytime.
I change from breeding angels to discus in 2000. so I have a little of experience.
Sincerely
Julian.
