:Dthanks so much for the compliment, i have been working hard to refine my grow out techniques. these fry have turned out great!! I have golden leopard snakes and albino red turk x alanquer intermediate on the way as well and they seem to be rapidly outgrowing this batch!!!:D these are three weeks!!

Both parents are 14 bar ss, I think they are considered ss throwbacks. Is this the same as a turq?

Yes, the throwbacks (9 bars) are turq or brilliant.

In this case. Nice thing about breeding ss's is that you get two kinds of fry that you can tell apart very early on. When people buy, they often want two, rather than one, kinds. So....neat. :)

I went to see these babies on Friday. They are beautiful. I bought five and they are doing great. I have never had discus this small before so this will be an experience for me. I am really looking forward to it and I am looking forward to seeing the other babies when they get bigger. Thank-you! I know you will do well with this endeavor!
