What size heater can I use?

I'm getting a 150gal tank, how many heaters should I use, and how many watts?

2-250 watt, or 2-300 watt Eheim Jagers. Either will do the job easily. I have the 250 watters on my 150 gal., and it holds 86 degrees with no problem.
