Guys,

I just wants to know how to pretreat the water before i make the water changes. To be honest, i don't understand the word buffer and aeration. So, if someone can explain me how to do all this during the pretreating of the water. Please explain me the entire procedure of the pretreat of the water before water changes and what is required for pretreating...

Thanks and regards

There is no need to add any buffer to you Water. All you need is to let the water that you are going to change sit for 24 hour while being aerated. Aerating is when you pump air into your water with an air pump and an air stone. You will need to DE-chlorinate your water to with sea chem prime. Hope that helps, Dan
