I picked up a 36gal bowfront with all the fixins from Craigslist. It came with a RENA XP3, and a Coralife Aqualight (T5 6500k bulb and a Colormax bulb). Plus all the rest of the fixins for a complete setup. I didn't want the light to go to waste over a bare bottom blank canvas.
And I'm a woman. I need pretty. So here is my solution. :bounce2:

No fish yet Jen. Have to let the water age first. :). Figured it'd be easiest to let it age in the tank.

I actually thought about buying a pair of discus for this one, instead of the angels. But I guess I should get some practice raising the angels' fry first.

I'm worming my way to another tank for the family room for wild angels...mentioned it and didn't get much resistance...helps when you get spouse drunk first! LOL

Mental note...alcohol always helps with getting what you want...

Am always learning wonderful tricks from the more experienced women on this forum. Gosh, I love this place. :)

Cool concept! Very unique and stylish!

However, how will it take you to clean that crystal substrate when the fish poo and algae storm hits!! ;)
