Freeze dried blackworms of course!!
I keep 6 clips of these across my 180 for my discus but these two fight about this particular one almost every time on the first feeding of the day but end up sharing in the end :)

Thanks. Still learning with m camera and it takes about 15 shots for me sometimes to get one or two good ones :). But when you have subjects like discus I'm not complaining ;)

thanks Chad, got the camera sometime just before Christmas. Learning that a tripod can do wonders in getting better shots on moving fish :).

Beautiful Pics !!! Thanks for sharing !! I feel a little guilty that they like the FREEZE DRIED BLACKWORMS so much that they fight over them :( well ..okay NOT all !!!:):):):):):)

Nice healthy cichlid response to competition over an excellent and choice food!:D:D:D
