Love the tank and the LED lighting. The wood is awesome. three suggestions however...would suggest a top for the tank. Discus can jump. You might need to dim your lights during the acclimation process. I see a lot of flow on the water surface and might need to reduce this if it creates a flow into the tank itself.

That's a cool LED floodlamp. I have the 10w version, great little lights! I was planning on using 4x of the 10w lights over my tank, almost the same as yours! But it's 60x30x24, instead of 60x24x30

Love your wilds plus tank is very different from the norm not a single plant which is good in my oponion.
That wood does give a very moody display.

Very nice! Might think of segregating the species in the future. Heckels on their own and blues on their own in separate tanks.

Hy . What about a group of eartheaters? They should complete the biotope well.

A group of earth eaters would be a nice addition. They help keep the sand clean and they add some color, different shape and something with interesting behaviors.
I have kept some Geophagus cf. surinamensis with wild Discus for several years at a time once and they got along with the Discus well.
You find earth eaters in both Discus and Altum habitats. I don't think they would bother your Rummy Nose Tetras if you start with juvenile earth eaters and allow them to grow up with the Tetras they get used to them instead of considering them good to eat.
You also may find having a group of Hypancistrus or Leopard Frog plecos(L134) a nice addition. They will use the wood a lot for refuge but also come down and feed off the bottom.
That is some very nice looking wood you have.
For a touch of green a couple small groves of Cryptocoryne retrospiralis wood look nice as would a few Nymphea Dwarf Lilies. If the lilies are allowed, they will send stalks to the surface with parasol like floating leaves which provide a bit of shade for the fish.

No need to worry. The wild Discus and Altum Angels love this sort of wood work and they are designed to navigate in and around such wood safely and skillfully.
