it wouldnt last long in warm water and turn into a mess , why would you be using it?

If you have to do any anchoring of anything in the water, fishing line works well for attaching plants to wood and zip ties work best for securing plumbing. These are the only examples I could think of. LOL!

Hope that helps!

there's also aquarium silicone that you can use to hold things down if that's what you're thinking of doing?

If you're using it for exposed electrical wiring/connections in your tank... DEFINITELY NOT! ;)

If your using it to pair up breeders, your doing it the wrong way.

if you crack a strainer cage from the inside of an ATI sponge, just wrap the broken strainer with a rubber band..it'll last quite a while...Jehmco sells all the parts

Tape in a tank!? The adhesives are bad news until they are flushed out of the tank (and it will break down until most is dissolved in the water) - I don't think it is a good idea to use such things in any tank, much less a discus tank.

An aside: Super glue is a deadly toxin (before drying) to anyone (even people!) So avoid breathing the fumes and wait until completely dry before adding water.
