Slow at night/morning?

This is something I noticed at least the last year (maybe longer)

Can be on my side or not, but between 1:30am and 2:30am Eastern time it's always hard to get connected to the forum, and yes normal people are in bed but I'm not normal (I know)

ditto, I have to restart comp. it seems to freeze up at SD site but not any other sight I have this prb. with

Isn't that the time the forum's software does backup/maintenance?

I never really experience any major hiccups. At 230 or 330 japan time, there is usually about a 7-8 minute freeze that happens every day. It just freezes and I wait it out.

I have noticed the same thing, my guess is back-ups as well.

I noticed this the past 2 nights between 1am - 2am atlantic time. My connection is 30 meg so I'm pretty sure it isn't on my end. Perhaps the hosting site is seeing a lot of traffic at those times.
