adding discus to established tank

I currently have a 55 gallon tank with 4 bolivian rams and 5 cardinal teteras. if i put 5 discus in it will it work as a grow out tank? is this enough space for all these fish?

"Grow out tank" - so I assume the discus would be in the 3" or so range, perhaps somewhat larger - sounds quite OK to me - Those rams are not too big, are they? Don't know if your tank is planted or BB, but at any rate - you shouldn't have a problem. Give it a go.
