This isn't something we're thinking about doing right away, since we just got our tank-bred discus. My wife loves the look of the tefe green wild discus, and so do I. They'd really look nice in our tank. However, I'm unclear on the risks of putting wild with tank-bred discus. Can anybody tell me if this can be done easily?

I have recently done exactly what you are proposing. I have 3 domestic and then I added 2 Tefe Green wild discus. No problems at all! When I asked this question on this forum I was advised that many members have mixed domestics with wilds without issue. Also, you should follow proper quarantine procedures. Best of luck!

Yes, you can do it provided all fish are parasite free. Personally, I don't mix domestic and wild fish, I don't like the look. Good luck.

I would refrain from doing it. Not advisable. Wild and domestic bread have different immunity levels.
