Pat, people have to start understanding a little more you have Discus, the Discus don't have you. Sadly enough I don't have the pictures anymore from a tank of a friend of mine. With this tank I thought.......... now this is over the edge, white gravel and if I say white I mean WHITE no back ground but MIRRORS light above the tank was enough to light a shopping mall, above the lights more mirrors. 6 blocks from his house you saw the light. His Discus............ a bunch of the most beautiful and happy group I ever saw.

In other words, they get used to it.

Thanks for the kind words everyone I'm doing the best I can trying to keep up with their appetites lol they are eating 6 times a day and still want more. Been doing my daily water changes of 40 to 50% on them also.

Hi Jarret,

Just a litle help, Flachen means Solid, its a deutsch word.
So you would have some solid SS and some Solid Turq instead of those flachen ;)
BTW, they look very nice!
