Paint for background

Finally got my stand for 75g done, when doing background what kind of paint to use? Will be going black? House paint or spray paint?

rustoleum black glossy oil based paint.

Spray paint just seems messy to me and you would need to mask alot more off to prevent overspray.

Ended up using some black spray paint after the brushed on paint I uses??? Did not work lol. Some blue tape on sides and good to go, ordering 4-6 pieces manzanita dw and setting up my two canisters Saturday morning and in one moth hello my 6 blues :))

lol thats because I used a roller.

Only used a brush for small ares near the rim.

But if it looks good on your aquarium with spray paint, then congrats =]
