Pure Ammonia for cycling

What brand has pure ammonia? I read that most have other ingredients.

Im not really sure what brands..But if you shake it and it DOESNT bubble then its pure. It has no color to it either. Just check the ingredients and if see if its only ammonia then your good to go.

I also use ACE Hardware Ammonia. Most grocery store brands have surfactants (soap) which will prevent your tank for cycling.

Yep go to ace hardware

The ammonia you want will list ingredients as ammonia and water, no suffructants, dyes.

like another poster said it wont bubble, the bubbles that do appear when shaken will dissapear immediatly.

+4 or whatever on Ace ammonia. Worked great for me.
