Does you Discus have this??????

Hi everyone! So today i notice that one of my discus have this bump on one side at the end of the tail fin. My PB also had it but had it when it was small around 2.5 inches. Is it because it hurt itself? Or gentic thing? Also please id the discus for me. Thank you for reading.
