Came home today to a nice surprise. My daughter's angelfish layed eggs on the filter intake.. They are in my community tank so I don't expect any success out of it but still a nice welcome home present...... Will post pictures soon...

Well, you never know. I had a breeding pair of Gold Saums in a community setup and all the eggs would hatch and make it to free swimming fry. The mother was especially good at watching over her young without getting too aggressive with the rest of her tankmates.

The Angels might surprise you and be good enough parents to protect their eggs from another fish having a midnight snack!

Thanks, we will see. So far I can see that the pleco got some of them already.... Now if I can only get the Discus to do the same

you can always pu them in a qt tank with methylene blue
