While I'm not breeding I don't want to kill the eggs that my SS and Turq have dropped. For whatever reason they keep laying at the very top of the tallest piece of driftwood.

Will the moisture from the wood keep the eggs wet enough or are they goners as soon as they get exposed?

Marc that is a beautifully clean an neat tank that looks healthy. The eggs will not survive past free swimmers in the community tank. I have taken ram eggs out of one tank on a piece of driftwood and transferred to another tank to hatch and raise with success. Continue with your maintenance as usual and if the eggs get to wigglers great, if not don't worry about them they would never get too far any way. With your healthy tank there will be more eggs anyway.
