Bolivian Rams

Well I had a pair in my community plant discus tank and tonight I noticed this huge batch of fry following the pair around. I'm sure they won't make it because of all the other tankmates but they sure looked nice.

And a discus pair have eggs at the other end(half are white though)- so the singe discus are hiding. But all came out to eat so guess it's not too stressful in there! Once all fry lost guess I'll have to pull the pair of rams and give them their own tank. I was just guessing they were a pair- one came with my discus and I bought a male (guessed cause he was young)

Thanks - I'm pretty happy, now on to getting some discus grown up....

I think next month I will have some more tanks up and be looking for more stock- just a heads up Skip!

Still have a whole herd of fry this morning - parents defending them well and they have figured out to stay under them! Guess I will have to see how long they last- setting up tank to cycle for parents today, since they are good parents!
