hi all i have been into aquarium fish for many years now but getting into discus as im sick of all the rest lol
ok i have a couple of Q.
1. i have 3 set up ill be useing for discus only tanks are 4ft x 2ft x 15inc h and 2x2x15 x 4 each stand so bottom is 4ft mid is 2x2x 15 x 2 and top is 2x2x15 ok so is this a good size to breed them in (2x2x15) and then grow the fry out in the 4fts
any help would be good
2. Tank set up bare tank with filter and cone and heater is this the best way ?
WATER CHANGES
i do water change ever 2-3 days now would i have to do them ever day?
any help would be good thanks

Welcome to Simply fishmad,

The 78g grow-out tank will do just fine.
The breeder tanks seem somewhat large per pair at 37g. Reason being that the fry can get lost during the free swimmer stage which make it difficult to attach to parents.
If that's what you have to work with then give it a go.

You could just slot a divider in during the free swimmer stage.
