40% daly water change for 8 juvie discus?

hi, i got 8 three to 4 inches discus in my 80 gallons bare-bottom tank..i feed them 6-7 times ON flakes a day..i recently do 40% (aged) water change daily..just wondering if my fishes will be okay with that percentage of water change? thanks in advance!

well that's just fine and never to much :), believe me the more you WC the faster grow your fish and you should mix up your food a little, like FBW, BH mix, pelet, flake, dried food (FDBW) :).

trash the bloodworms and go for blackworms instead....makes my babies grow waaay faster...and it's also good to get them on some form of bh, either fresh/frozen or flakes.

I mix 5 kinda flake(BH, prime reef,deworm, anti protozoa,Spirulina) in one place but still I count as one kinda food and is flake, mix more kinda food will help fish grow bigger. you WC is already great but if you could add more kinda food will help your fish grow Big. The faster I grow juv is BK(blue knight) from 1.75" to 6" in six months :)

beef heart mix, pelet like tetra bit or sera red or sera blue ( for blue fish), dried black worm (contact Al for more info) and frozen blood worm is depend with hobbyist some people they get allergic some people don't ( I still feed my fish with FBW once a day) .may be you should post some picture :)

note : introducing new food is not easy so is better feed new food every first meal or first time you feed them with very small amount :)
