Hello all, well i managed to get my discus laying eggs again, but i noticed there is a lot of small white little stuff moving around the tank. mostly in the ceramic pot where the eggs are laid. they are alive i can see them moving. Any idea what these are? and if they are harmful to the eggs

planaria..a lot of ways to eradicate...
planaria pop up with overfeeding. change a lot of water and cut back on feeding. they will disappear.

Okay, so if I add salt or quick cure will it harm the eggs?
no. but there's no point in adding salt or quick cure. just increase water changes and feed less. they will disappear on their own. some fish even snack on them.

it could be planaria they are like tiny little white threads or could be cyclops which to the eye look like a little dot both are harmless for the most part. If planaria like others have said they come with over feeding and water changes ect. will cure.Cyclops on the other hand is different there are to kinds one which feed on algae and the other wich will feed on decaying matter and fish eggs/fry back in the day a lot of breeders would culture these organisms as a food source for fry alot of times you will get these from purchasing fish from lfs.because most of there fish are imports just some possibilitys hope this was helpful.

All you need to do is a better job on your feeding and water changes. You did not say but is this a bare bottom tank? If not it needs to be.
