I just want to take this oportunity to thank all those who have contributed to my prior thread. Thank you Judy for your excellent suggestion regarding the use of a TDS meter. I probably should have known this on my own, but I was so inexperienced in this field that it didn't cross my mind.
Thanks Pat for your suggestion about using PP for measuring DOCs. I haven't yet looked into this because I think that the TDS meter is probably going to work.
For all of you (shoveltrash, Sean, Rummy, Stag, and any others that I may have missed) that offered encouragement, it really helps.
I do have one question for Sean, could you please offer a little more insight into your statement "using a TDS meter is like using a telescope to measure a molecule". I have spent some time thinking about that and was wondering what you were trying to tell me.
