I have an 18 watt uv oceanclear canister filter im looking to use on my 125 when I transfer my grow outs.I wont be using the pleated filter that comes with it(clogged once a week),ill be using plastic pot scrubbers just for a biofilter.SO does anyone know what pump gph I should be using and/or how many times a 125 should be turned over through an 18 watt unit?manufacture states 800-1200 gph pump BUT thats with the pleated filter(alot of resistance too).And I dont want my discus in excessive water current.Any solutions???????????????
