The Pioneer Valley Aquarium Soceity will be holding their annual fish and dry goods auction this Sunday, Feb. 19, at the Chicopee Elks Hall, 431 Granby Rd., Chicopee, Ma. 01013 The auction begins at 11:30 and will probably run well into the evening. Doors open at 9:30 am for viewing and vendor registration. The PVAS auction is arguably the largest fish auction in the northeast. I am again this year donating home-grown discus for the raffle, this time six 4 1/2 - 5 inch cobalt discus. Stop by, buy some tickets, and may your number be lucky! Admission is free.
