i was wondering which sponge filter do you guys use? brand,type, shape..
and i was wondering what is the difference between just the regular single sponge and the one with two sponges like this..

I use the one you reference in my tanks simply because it will apply to sides of the tank - it saves space
I do not know if any one brand is better then another - just make sure you size it for your tank
Shape and brand are a matter of preference

I have found in my personal use the suction cups become hard and stop sticking.I use the hydro's,size or amount depending on the tank size.
