Curipera cross X LETi fry For Sale

I am selling 50 of my Curipera cross X LETi fry. They are 1.5 to 1.75". Asking $10 a piece will make a deal if you buy more than 10. Pick up only for now, but could possibly ship. PM me please.

Not sure of the answer there but the cross produced what I believe to be 30 albino fry. I believe the fry to be intermediates. I could be wrong so if the experts know hopefully they will chime in.

Only a portion of the fry will be intermediate and you will only know which ones once they breed.

I don't think that is the right percentage since the Curipera cross did not have any albino gene.

I didn't say they were albino fry they are albino intermediates (some) as the LETI carries the albino gene (1) Are you replying to Mishka but quoting me? I am confused....


I don't think that is the right percentage since the Curipera cross did not have any albino gene.

50% of the fry from this cross would carry 1 albino gene (an intermediate), the other 50% would not carry any albino gene. None of the fry should be albino's, unless the curipera was an albino intermediate as well (Which i do not think it was).

In the batch I ended up with orange wrigglers. I am just making a guess that they were albinos because they looked exactly like there wrigglers Bobtools posted in the Albino Think Tank thread. I could be wrong but that is why I said "I believe" they were albino. Maybe I should have used the word think instead of believe.

I see Mishka, I misunderstood what you meant when you said the cross produced 30 albino offspring. I thought that meant you still had them. They are looking good, nice fry you have! I think the albinofry you had might have actually have been goldens, they look very simular after first hatched, but, you never now, they might have been albino's as well.

Just so everyone who is interested in having fry shipped understands, I personally cannot ship the fish. I have to contract someone to do it for me so there will be an added fee on top of the shipping rate. This fee encompasses materials used, the time involved in packing them and taking them to fedex or the post office. Thanks again for looking.
